Ahhh, it’s so nice to come back from a great weekend. And the start of the week isn’t looking to bad, well weather-wise it isn’t. Work-wise, trying not to let it get to me. Saturday was spend running around in Seattle, literally. Well, just the morning that was!
These are my new running minimal running shoes. I still really love my Nike’s but these are great.
So far so good. I’m starting to see really good results and I weighed myself this morning. 5lb lighter! Whoosh!
I travel a lot. I try to take trips to Hawaii every year to see my BFF (this year might be if-y). I drive down to Portland every couple of months to spend some time with my little sister. I try to head off to a city that I never been to before.
I decided last week that I was going to do this challenge! Evey since I first found this website a couple of months ago on Pinterest, I’ve been routinely using their videos as part of my daily fitness. But this time, Lisa’s challenging everyone to a 30-day fitness.
New year usually means new year resolutions. The last couple of years, my resolution has been the same: to reach my ideal weight of 130lbs. Which I am happy to say that late-mid last year (around August) I finally made my goal. So this year, I have decided to make some new goals…
I took a couple days off from work, so I also decided to take a break from being online! I think I may have posted one or two things on my tweeter account, but I mainly stayed away from the net and my phone. It was real nice to take a break. It was pretty much an extended weekend with very little distractions. I didn’t even go very far from the house!
