So late last month I signed up for another product subscription. This time, a bit different. I saw a post from a friend on Facebook and decided to give Bulu Box a 3-month trial.
So this weekend was fun and eventful, but now I’m so super tired. Since it was after all, St. Patrick’s Day weekend! My girl Holly registered me to run a 5K up in Bellingham in the “Runnin’ O’ the Green.” Holly was suppose to run with me, but she over exerted herself and she now has shin splints.
After the roller-coaster ride of the last couple of days at work and home, things have finally settle down and return back to the usual. And right on time for Pi Day!
I got my January Must Have last friday! Alas this is my last Must-Have for now. I’ve decided to cancel for a while and save a bit of money in the next couple of months. It was a really hard decision to do, but I can always sign up again. I really love the stuff they send out!!
Sorry, I took such a long break from blogging, but I really needed to step away from looking at a computer screen for a while. Especially since I spend most of my weekdays looking at one. It’s good to take a break from that to recollect yourself. So, now I’m back and let’s start with last weekend! It was girl’s weekend with…
Got my October Popsugar Must-Have last week… yeah, I know. I had the pictures on my phone for a while before I remember to post them. LOL. This has to be the one monthly offering/product/goodies subscription that I might have to keep for a while. The others I still enjoy but some are a bit more expensive than this one.
If you remember correctly, EBoost was part of my Beatuy Blogger from Influenster. I tried the sample they sent on Monday, and it was good and I actually felt better afterwards. After that run on Sunday, in the cold, I ended up catching… a cold. It gave me the energy I needed to continue on with my, well my vacation….. LOL.
How do you like them apples?
So while I was down in Seattle on Sunday, I stopped by in the outdoor U-Village just behind the University. My main mission was to pick up Holly and I’s running packet at the Microsoft store. But it also has an H&M, Madewell, and several other stores I love! When I notice that the Barnes & Nobel was no longer there, I decided to check out what other shops were open. That is on the other side of the (outdoor) mall!
And then I saw this place: Tokyo Sweets! And since I haven’t had lunch yet, I made a choice to treat myself instead to a crepe! You could build you own crepe or choose for one of their creation. And if you didn’t want a crepe, you can just order a soft served ice cream!
This is what I ordered: Strawberries & Creme. It was so yummy! I had to take pictures and send it off to my sister since there is another crepe shop at another mall that we wanted to try, but already had lunch reservations. (She was so jealous!!) That one is for next trip!
