I just sign up for this run with my girl Holly! It’s going to be so much fun!!

As you know, I’m obsessed with shopping for workout clothes. My little drawer that once only held a couple of sports bras, one track pants and a couple of t-shirts now is over filling with running capris and tank-tops along with more sport bras to last over two weeks! And this weekend, I brought more!

R29 Reserve has a great deal going on right now for Muse Activewear: “$50 Off The Sexy Workout Gear”. I really like everything they had but limited my self to just two items this time: Mesh Cropped Hoodie in White ($62.00) and Muse Racerback Hoodie in Teal ($56.00). They are going to be great for my outdoor runs once the weather get warmer again (currently it’s like early spring outside: cold and wet).
Then while I was down in Portland helping my sister and her boyfriend move, we stopped by Target. And then they proceed to leave me in the workout gear section… more socks and shirts to add to the drawer.
My new favorite distraction: LOLsoTrue
Warm, sunny three-day holiday weekends require cute flats! Hope everyone has a great holiday weekend! I’m heading out of town for some fun!
Weekender Corduroy Carry-on – $24.95
Weekend trips usually call for weekender bag! Enough space to carry along some clothes, beauty essentials, and in my case, a couple of good books. I currently have three different styles in storage: a long black duffle bag, my long trip big weekender bag, and my fun in the sun weekender bag which also acts as my carry-on when I fly.
Like probably every women out there (with the exception apparently of my boss…), I have a weakness for bags. And I’m always searching for a new one. Here are a couple my fags I currently considering (or some that I wish I could afford):
2012 RE-Weekender Burlap Bag – $220
For the rocker in me
The Studded Weekender – $425
LeSportsac Large Weekender – $120

Betseyville Wild Skulls Weekender Bag – $138 (Special price $74.99, but it’s out of stock…)
And if possible, this summer I’ll make me one:
My Two New Favorite Skin-Care Products: Jergens Natural Glow & Protect Daily Moisturizer SPF 20, Medium to Tan & Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector B.B. Cream inMedium/Deep
After reading several glowing recommendations, I decided to try the Garnier Miracle Skin Perfector B.B. Cream in Medium/Deep. I have to say it works so much better than I thought it would. I mainly brought it to help with the discoloration from acne outbreaks. My mediun-dark skin tends to show it a lot more than my sister’s who is much darker than I am (Oh, a little background, we are mix of filipino, spanish and african-american!). While I use a dark spot treatment on my acne, the BB cream works great in giving me a overall smooth color! And the face that it has an SPF 15, also means that I don’t have to additional creams on my face.

I heard that it make oily skin more oily, but my oily skin seems to be the same. I guess it really depends on the person’s DNA.

Now I just recently brought the Jergens Natural Glow & Protect Daily Moisturizer SPF 20 and only been using for three days, but I love this! I’ve used their regular “Natural Glow” Tanning Lotion and that works great, but I really didn’t like the smell. This new one not only smells great (plus!!) it also has a SPF 20. Now I usually go for a SPF 30 or higher, but it has a broad spectrum for better protection!
Both of them are coming with me on vacation.
ELLA MOSS YUMA COVER UP DRESS / SKIRT
While I still have a couple of months before my trip, I am starting to make a list of things I need to bring. One item that I only have one of is a cover-up dress/top. I think I need at least three for the week I’m there. Here are a couple of my favs I recently found:
